I’m getting ready for a nice break by scheduling my posts for the next three weeks, so I can shut down my computer until mid-January. During this time, I’ll peek at my iPad to make sure everyone’s surviving the holiday chaos, but I won’t be making any videos or writing lengthy posts. Instead, I’ll be relaxing with my cozy collection of loungewear. Nothing sounds more inviting right now! Whether it’s with a glass of red wine, a Kindle, or a mug of cocoa—and perhaps a cat curled up beside me—I’m all set. Sloppy pajamas and comfy cashmere? Yes, please!
On my lovely M&S blanket, I’ve neatly arranged:
– Knitted long socks from Liv, which are top-notch. They also make my favorite cable-knit sweater, the Charlton Cable top, which I wore in a blemishes video. You might even see me modeling on their website!
– The recycled wool herringbone throw from Quintessentially Me is going to be my new “sofa blanket.” It’s chicer than the faux bear-fur throw I’m currently using. There’s also a hint of a Quintessentially nightgown under the socks, which, although not as sexy off the website, is supremely comfortable and warm.
– Loungewear from LoungeLover is incredibly soft and features items like drapey cardigans and seductive long-sleeved sweaters. The bottoms fit snugly, so consider sizing up. The fabric contains a bit of cashmere, so I’ll be cautious with the wash—a lesson learned after an incident with my Uniqlo sweaters!
– My well-loved Hush pajamas are also in the mix. I discovered that their different patterns – like the star version, which is thicker and has a brushed cotton finish – vary in material. The Antique Floral design is woven, drapes nicely, and is worth the splurge, though I also adore the cozy star pattern.
Feel free to share your own loungewear and pajama favorites below—I have plenty of lounging to do!
P.S. If you’re eyeing the M&S blanket, you might want to check in-store, as it seems to have sold out online.
