After rocking my animal skirt and pink jumper combo last week, along with my tangerine L.K. Bennett heels, I’ve become quite obsessed with finding cute clothes and accessories for spring. My love for animal prints hasn’t faded—it’s a long-standing passion! Here are some of my top picks:
1) Starting with the Topshop sweater I mentioned last week. I adore my pink one, but I also found this beautiful “Duck Egg” blue version. It’s such a refreshing color, and the sweaters are super soft. I’m delighted with mine and often pair it with jeans or my leopard skirt. It’s £38 at Topshop.
2) Also from Topshop, even though they don’t come in my size, I found some adorable candy-colored underwired bras. They’d look great peeking out from under a denim shirt or through light, sheer layers. Topshop, we need bigger sizes! They’re priced at £18.
3) I just ordered a Christopher Kane for J Brand denim pencil skirt. After loving my leopard print skirt, I’m trying to wear skirts more often instead of jeans and trousers. I rarely show my legs unless it’s summer, but this year I’m adding some glamour. The skirt was originally £198, now down to £69.30 on The Outnet. It’ll look fantastic with tucked-in shirts or t-shirts. I chose a size smaller, as recommended, so I picked a 26.
4) Hush has launched their spring collection, and it’s stunning. I’ve ordered a dress and some lobster print pajama bottoms. For cheerful springtime colors, you can’t beat the striped tee. I have one in royal blue from last year, and it fits beautifully. It’s £30 at Hush.
5) Now onto animal prints! I’m a fan of Equipment silk shirts and was drawn to this leopard print chiffon one. The price is appealing, though relative. I’d wear it with anything from a black pencil skirt to faded blue jeans, even over a little black dress. I’m tempted to buy it, but I’ll resist. (Okay, I did buy it.) Find it on The Outnet.
6) My mom might call them Tart’s Knickers, but I don’t mind. I love Hanky Panky thongs, and they’re discounted on The Outnet. If you want to know why they’re amazing, just have a look. There’s a great selection available.
