These Burberry sunglasses are exactly what I’ve always wanted for the summer. It’s as if someone tapped into my thoughts and created these oversized Gaberdine glasses just for me. They have a cool retro vibe with their large frames, but the light color of both the frames and lenses keeps them from overpowering your face. If you have a small head like mine, you’ll appreciate this.
This season, Burberry introduced the Gaberdine Collection, featuring lovely gold details on the arms that resemble crumpled fabric. There are several color options and frame shapes available, and despite the unique detailing, these sunglasses have a timeless look. They’d be a fabulous investment if you’re in the market for a stylish pair of everyday sunglasses—just make sure you’re not someone who frequently loses or damages them! I have a friend who’s probably spent thousands on glasses, only to misplace them shortly after.
I suspect the pair I’m wearing might be a limited edition since I haven’t seen them online; I got them while working with the brand during London Fashion Week. That said, the “Oversized Round Frame” style in Fawn Pink, priced at £227, is absolutely stunning and ideal for spring, especially if your complexion suits lighter frames. Another favorite of mine is the “Mid Town Horn.” Right now, I’m all about lighter frames, thanks to the upcoming seventies trend.
