Here’s a quick video showing my new jacket from Zara. I say “new,” but I’ve actually had it for a couple of weeks now. It’s a pretty affordable and cheerful piece—I don’t expect it to last forever, but for now, it has a nice shape and clean cuffs, although I doubt they’ll stay that way for long. They had these jackets in tons of colors when I bought mine, so if you’re on the hunt for a casual blazer that’s soft and unstructured, it’s worth checking out. I paired it with my Sass & Bide jeans and white Converse sneakers. It’s a bit of an unusual combo for me, but I was in a rush and needed something comfy! Some people mentioned I looked “smart,” so I might just wear it again if I want to come off as professional.
For makeup, it was mainly Estée Lauder products, although the foundation I used was the beautiful Diorskin Nude. My lipstick was “Mauve Struck” from Lauder’s Vivid Shine range, and I used shadow and blush from the Aerin Weekday palette. I pulled my hair up into a high ponytail, which I think looked good with the eye makeup I chose. My nails were painted with Chanel Holiday polish, which I absolutely love and never get tired of.
