On Saturday, the weather in Cornwall was wet and windy, so I decided to make a quick “outfit of the day” video. Honestly, it was more about staying indoors longer since the weather was quite harsh outside!
For those interested, more details about the outfit are available under the video. As for my makeup, it’s just the basics with Dior Nude Tan bronzer and a bit of mascara—pretty much a perfect combo. I was in Cornwall with Mr. AMR for a surprise 40th birthday party for a friend. We stayed at the Beach at Bude, a lovely beachside hotel in Bude. Unlike some of the usual run-down B&Bs, the Beach at Bude is quite chic and stylish. It must be a perfect spot to stay during summer. We had a spacious sea-view room with a terrace overlooking the beach, costing £140 per night. Definitely a place to consider!
I picked up the French Connection sweater during last week’s sales. My jeans are from Sass & Bide and are a bit older, the parka is by Marc Jacobs from 2010, and my boots are Timberland Earthkeepers. For foundation, I’m using Cover Expert by By Terry in shade 9. The Dior bronzer is in the “Sunlight” shade.
