This week, I dove into testing several moisturizers from Estée Lauder to find the perfect fit for my skin. Although I already had a favorite in mind, I put that aside to give each product a fair shot.
First up was the Estée Lauder DayWear Multi-Protection Anti-Oxidant 24H-Moisture Cream SPF 15. This took me back to my modeling days in my twenties with its fresh, cucumber scent—it’s a real nostalgia trip. I used to splurge on this cream at airport duty-free shops, along with its tinted version for a bit of color and glow. DayWear is a fantastic starter moisturizer that’s lightweight and perfect for younger skin. It hydrates well with hyaluronic acid and squalene, and the antioxidants plus SPF 15 protect against skin damage. I tried the version for normal/combination skin, but there’s also one for dry skin if you need a little extra moisture without a greasy feel.
If you’re looking for intense hydration, the Revitalizing Supreme + Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Creme is the way to go. It’s my top pick from the Estée Lauder line, discovered alongside the wonderful Wake Up Balm. This cream makes my skin feel plumper and less tired-looking. It’s particularly great if you have dry, tight areas or your skin feels dull. It’s both non-greasy and very satisfying. Over time, this cream helps build natural collagen and restores suppleness with its key ingredient, moringa extract, which nourishes and reduces lines and wrinkles. Although it’s rich, there’s no greasy aftermath, making it ideal as a makeup base, and it can be used at night since it lacks SPF. For daytime use, there’s a version with SPF available.
Now, if the Revitalizing Supreme is my “go-to” for moisture, I’m not sure how to classify the Resilience Multi-Effect Tri-Peptide Face and Neck Cream. Maybe a “heavy hitter”? Think of it as a more mature version of DayWear. It has a rich texture, broad-spectrum SPF 15, antioxidants, and a tri-peptide complex to support collagen production. It’s powerful, especially for dry to very dry skin, though it doesn’t have the same bouncy feel as the Revitalizing Supreme line. While I prefer the Revitalizing Supreme (gold pot), if my skin were extremely dry, I might opt for the Resilience Multi-Effect (pink pot) for an everyday cream with exceptional protection (sunscreen and barrier repair).
Whether you prefer an all-in-one cream or layer sunscreen as needed, there’s something for everyone. If you want one cream and experience moderate sun exposure, Resilience is great. If you prefer layering and love a bouncy texture, go for Revitalizing. For those seeking a starter moisturizer or who don’t have extremely dry skin, DayWear is your best bet. That’s my take on the Estée Lauder moisturizers—a little something for every preference, although it’s obvious which one I favor. My partner couldn’t help but laugh at how I treated the Revitalizing Supreme, like it was my prized possession.
Here’s a quick rundown of the moisturizers I tried:

– Revitalizing Supreme + Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Creme for £70 for 50ml
– Resilience Multi-Effect Tri-Peptide Face and Neck Cream for £70 for 50ml
