I’ve got a new video format to share that I think you’ll really enjoy; it combines makeup, hair, nails, and fashion all in one go! This won’t replace my dedicated makeup tutorials, but I hope you’ll find these “Top to Toe” videos more engaging and useful. Honestly, I’m getting a bit tired of just seeing my face on screen—it gets pretty dull to edit, let me tell you!
This particular “Top to Toe” video focuses on luxurious knitwear and creating a soft, sultry smoky eye. The hair is kept natural and effortless, with a casual vibe, and the skin has a radiant glow, all thanks to the Le Teinte Touche Eclat foundation. As for the nails… well, they took an unexpected turn. I tried out Ciaté’s new Velvet Manicure, but the feedback from my followers on Twitter and Instagram was nothing short of hysterical. Many of the responses made me laugh out loud!
The manicure starts with two coats of greyish polish, which in itself is a bit tricky, and then you sprinkle some fluff from a shaker pot over the top. It was quite fun to try, but I’m not sold on the final look. Ciaté’s Caviar Manicure seems to be more promising, but I doubt I’ll be trying it. I think I’ll stick to my trusty Nude Nails from now on.
