With the party season in full swing, I have a fashion suggestion for you: the Belgrave Jumpsuit from Boden. Every time I wear it, I get tons of compliments. It’s a bit embarrassing to admit, but I honestly haven’t had an outfit receive so much positive feedback before. Plus, it’s super comfortable and wearable, making it a must-have for any party wardrobe.
I’ve always been cautious about jumpsuits, especially after a childhood experience with dungarees that went wrong when I urgently needed to use the bathroom and couldn’t unfasten the straps in time. Both jumpsuits and dungarees can be tricky because you typically have to remove the top part to get out of them, which can be awkward in public restrooms. I mean, what if someone walks in unexpectedly, or you have an unfortunate mishap and need help?
However, if my storytelling hasn’t scared you away from jumpsuits, let me share that the Belgrave is truly fantastic. Some people even thought it was a designer piece by Temperley, and a few bought it on the spot after seeing me in it. Many have admired the fabric or asked about care instructions—it’s made with viscose and silk for the bottoms, polyester for the top, and is dry clean only.
This jumpsuit is not only comfortable but also incredibly glamorous and eye-catching, with no extra effort needed. The bold print discourages over-accessorizing, and its design—with wide-leg silky trousers and a flattering bodice—makes you look effortlessly classy. Wearing it with high heels gives you that Amazonian goddess vibe, though switching to trainers might create a different effect. I suggest making a grand entrance with heels at first because it pairs so well with the jumpsuit.
In summary, it’s comfy, glamorous, and looks more expensive than it is. The jumpsuit combines retro flair with boho chic, like bringing Studio 54 vibes to Glastonbury. It’s loud yet graceful, easy-going yet refined. I absolutely love it.
I intended to share this later, but noticed that Boden is offering a 30% discount right now. Hopefully, the offer is still available when you read this. You can use the code L8N4 at checkout for the discount. The Belgrave Jumpsuit is priced at £198 (before the discount).
Please note that I initially introduced this jumpsuit in a paid video collaboration with Boden last month, but this post isn’t sponsored. Feel free to check out the makeup video to see how I styled it!
