I apologize for being late with both the video and this post! This favorites video is a bit of a mix, featuring jewelry, sunscreens, and even a pair of ballet pumps. If you’re interested in lightweight sunscreens, check out last week’s post. I’ll also be doing a detailed review of Benefit’s Push-Up Eye Liner soon, so stay tuned for that!
In the video, I mistakenly mentioned that Jan Marini’s eye cream was £14. I’m not sure why I thought that since I know Jan Marini products are usually pricey. The eye cream is actually 14ml, which might be where I got confused. Despite the mistake, the eye cream works well for brightening and tightening the undereye area, but it feels quite sticky, so I only use it at night. Initially, I thought it was a great product for £14, but for £49, I’d expect it to have a better texture, especially if you’re planning to apply makeup on top.
On a more positive note, I’m absolutely thrilled with the MD Formulations Antioxidant Moisture Gel. It provides moisture without leaving any residue, making it perfect for summer. It’s great under sunscreen or if you have oily skin and need lightweight hydration. It also pairs nicely with spot treatments like Effaclar Duo.
