I love shopping, and I recently managed to snag a Stella McCartney dress and a cute little cardigan even before having breakfast. It’s amazing how much shopping can distract you from important tasks. Just to clarify, I don’t have an endless shopping budget. I simply document every purchase I make, which might give the impression that I’m always shopping, but I’m really not!
Let’s talk about The Outnet’s Friday shopping emails. I should probably unsubscribe, but I can’t seem to let go; it’s like a lifeline to fashion. This week, they offered an extra 40% off on selected items, including some fantastic chunky jewelry. I limited myself to buying two items—a Stella dress and a cozy striped cardigan for £34—but I was really tempted by a mushroom-colored Herve Leger dress. With the discount, it was about £250, and I was so tempted. (There were a few left in size medium. I wear either a small or medium, depending on the fit.)
By the way, I was also eyeing this bikini until I read that it wasn’t “suitable for swimming.” How does that even make sense? It’s like having an umbrella you can’t use in the rain!
